Very easy and comfortable interview. Emphasis on vintage surf culture and personality. Must fit the overall vibe while being an organized and diligent on basic tasks. Make sure to research history of brand and understand their culture.
Super easy. Very kind and genuine. Asked a lot of questions about resume and scheduling. Had a follow up interview with territorial manager. Wasn’t difficult however. Nothing technical needed. Demonstrated interest.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. My first interview was in person and asked the general questions that most interviewers would and it took a little over an hour if I remember correctly. I was asked to provide three references as well. I had another round where I had a Google Meet meeting that took about 20 or 30 minutes with the regional manager, basically confirming everything I had spoken about in the first interview with a few follow-up questions about my previous experiences. I then received an email confirming everything we had spoken about in the first interview (availability, pay, etc.) and after correspondence recieved an offer letter. Very simple & smooth interview and hiring process.
