Easy one way interview, still waiting on a response. 2 minute response time and unlimited time between questions. Asked about relevant experience and other normal interview questions, such as past experiences with coworkers
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Avid4 Adventure (Denver, CO) in Mar 2025
Interview
I heard back the next day from my application and had to complete a one-way interview. It was my first time doing a one-way interview, but it was honestly not that bad and it was more personal than I expected.
I heard back the next day after I finished and had a 30-minute interview with someone from recruiting. I answered some more questions about my sports and kids experience and where I wanted to work that summer. She answered a lot of my questions about the job, culture, pay, etc. I got an offer like an hour after my interview - overall really fast process!! It was long but the interview process was really easy and everyone I spoke to over email and virtually was really nice and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised
