Had a brief phone interview and video conferencing session with the service supervisor and manager. They dragged me along through a painful 47 day process, escalating through the process, then suddenly decided I didn't have enough experience. They did not test my technical skills other than having me personally rate it from 1-5. I saw the position relisted multiple times through the process, under different titles, which indicates to me they did not know what they are looking for. They also did not stick to their promised timelines and dragged the process out much longer than it should have.
