Very fast, great recruiter follow up and urgency to fill the role. However, the job description did not match the need. The role is a glorified content admin to remove friction between revenue and product, not a strategic function to drive behavior change and improve performance. The hiring manager was great, but following rounds were with disinterested leaders who did not have a formal interview rigor who didn’t seem to understand basic fundamentals of top enablement functions. Due to the size of the organization and GTM maturity, it seems like this may be a pressure cooker for high performance operators and a dream for traditional CMS/LMS admins.
