I've been on both sides. It's 50% fit and 50% skills. We've had some really technical people who we did not hire because they would not fit well with the rest of the crew. It will be a panel with some of your potential coworkers. Expect some technical easy and moderate questions - stuff that you should be able to answer clearly with basic certifications and a year of experience... and some fit questions - be able to talk about your self.
