Interview
I had a phone call with an agent who spoke to me for about ½ an hour. I was then shortlisted and the Chief Risk Officer called me for a quick chat. It was about a 20 minute conversation which was very pleasant but didn’t even ask about any of my skills, experience etc. It was bizarre.

Something really generic like, ”How do you work?” I can’t remember the exact wording but it was really vague, open, and I had no idea what she was on about!!!
