Avivo interview questions

The interview process was engaging, impersonal and engaging. I felt the conversation was open and honest. They explored past history and how ones experience correlates with the role. You don't necessarily need exact experience to receive the position. As long as they know you have human service skills and your a resorbable hard worker than exceptions can be made.

The Director of Avivo Institutte and the current Office Manager were informed, kind, flexible, and fun to chat with. There was time for questions in which they both chose to disclose their work backgrounds which I must say were quite inclusive from a social justice/social change perspective.
