      Mid Market CSM Interview

      2 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Awardco

      Interview

1, Pre screen interview where you talk into a camera (talk to yourself) and answer questions. Very lame 2. Given "assessment" where you are supposed to "analyze data" in an excel sheet and present this. Absolutely a guessing game and totally worthless exercise. 3. In person interview where you present "assignment" This is not a serious company whatsoever. I show up to the interview and I speak with the hiring manager and soon realize I have more work experience than the HM. That's how a lot of these companies are. They hire compliant people, not real leaders.
