I applied for the position through the Axis Communications website. Received my interview call on the next day. The interview process was relatively straightforward and was divided into 3 stages. 1) Face to Face interview with the Team manager and a developer from the team. 2) Programming test in C. 3 tasks in 180 minutes. There was a follow-up interview discussing my solutions. 3) Interview with the HR representative and the RnD director. Following this reference checks are performed.

I applied online and waited for around 2 weeks, I received an email for an interview. Then we organized a time to meet and had an 1:1 interview. The questions are all behaviour problems.
