Got an email asking for an interview, I set up my availability and signed their NDA form before having my interview via Zoom. The interviewer was very nice, however I could tell that they did not wish to be speaking with me. After asking one question to describe my resume/experience to them, they looked like they wished to finish the call right then and there. I had questions lined up but after every question they'd answered it was clear they were wishing for it to be over. For an allotted time of 30 minutes it only lasted for 16. I knew in the middle of it that they must have chosen someone already, or had someone else in mind. Once again they were friendly, however, it was very clear that it was a waste of my time. When a lot of people are now out of work, time to apply to other places or speak with people who actually will consider you are precious.
