The interview was very interactive for me as there was an impromptu case discussion on my experience and I could walk through it. I didn’t feel like being on the spot as it was more of a discussion on approach and what can be done better. I then had a few more interviews where we spoke about my experience more to check the fit in the organization. And then I was confirmed.

Interview process was very nice and interesting some great people I have met during the process but funny part is they said I cleared all the 4 rounds they had and said all good and would hear back soon,I followed up several times asking atleast please reject me saying I didnt perform good but to my surprise they couldn't even reject ,this made me think when they dont have a job why would some one even interview these many rounds and ask so very realistic questions,all I can say is please dont waste people's time
