I applied through university. I interviewed at Axxess
Interview
It was a recording interview which you answer several questions by recording your answers through your laptop cam. It was really awkward to talk to myself and I had to keep track of the timer which doesn't allow you to make a mistake.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Axxess (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Axxess receives a lot of applicants for each position. Consider yourself fortunate if offered an interview. From the phone call to the in-person interactions, everyone is very personable and welcoming. You can expect a panel interview that is not super intimidating, but more for different perspectives on you as a candidate.
