I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Axxum Technologies (Washington, DC) in Jun 2015

Interview

Personality Phone Screen for Round 1, then Technical Phone Screen for Round 2, then in person Interview at Work Site with 3 Team Members and the Project Manager. Good description of the company, and the team and the daily job requirements. Lots of questions from each interviewer and a chance to ask questions at the end. Short tour of the work space afterwards.
