I applied online. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within 2 days. The recruiter stated they reviewed my resume and PI results and wanted to chat with me in more detail on the phone. We agreed on a day and time and I cleared my schedule and prepared for the call. On the day of, the call never came. The recruiter emailed me saying they were stuck in a meeting and asked if I had any availability another time. I responded with my availability and never heard back. I have followed up multiple times. It has now been over 10 days since I've heard from anyone at Aya. It seems I have been "ghosted." Based upon other reviews, this is not an uncommon occurrence at Aya Healthcare. If the position is no longer available, this company should at least have the decency to inform candidates instead of setting up firm meeting times and then never calling or returning emails.

We apologize your interview experience wasn't positive. There are times when emails from our system go into candidates' spam folders, but if that's not the case we're very interested in learning more. If you'd like to share some details with us so we can look into it, please email ayawannaknow@ayahealthcare.com. Thank you for your feedback.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process I had with Aya Healthcare was by far one of the best I've experienced!
My recruiter was amazing. She thoroughly answered all my questions and was very responsive. On top of that she went through some interview prep and honest feedback with me as the interviews progressed. I felt so supported and set up for success by her!
The second interview with my potential Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director of the program was smooth and enjoyable. They thoroughly wanted to understand my experience, skill set, and why I was motivated for the job, and also gave positive feedback about my answers. They wanted to make sure I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me to ensure we were the best fit for each other.
I received an offer letter the following evening! My recruiter called me to share the good news, congratulate, me, and answer any questions regarding the onboarding process. I'm so excited to start my new position with Ay!

Interview
It was a very brief phone call walk me through your resume. Person was not listening or cared. Immediately sent a email passing less than an hour later. Waste of time.

Smooth! Two phone interviews and one teams interview. Very personable and comfortable! The team was fun right off the bat! Alot of the questions were about past experience and how it would be different or the same in my current role.
