A recruiter reached out to me via phone after finding my name on Indeed. We spoke regarding my experience, skills, roles and former employers. We then spoke about what I wanted in a company and in an assignment hospital. Spoke about goals and even life in general. I found my recruiter very personable and listened to the times that were best to get ahold of me. Wonderful experience thus far. I’m on my 2nd extension with them.
Very straight forward and easy interview process. No difficult questions and did not feel uncomfortable or nervous throughout the interview. Mainly asked about my experience and what that entailed/where I have worked and asked about the skills checklist that they require you to complete.
No formal interview to begin with them. Interviews are with each hospital. A recruiter will call you soon after you fill out an application online. The application is not long, standard nursing information questions. Retyping your resume and listing references etc.

Very simple, everyone was very polite and asked basic questions. I felt very comfortable interviewing with Aya. The interviewer was very accommodating and the whole process moved very quickly. I would recommend working with Aya
