My experience during the face-to-face interview was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. It was evident from the start that there were communication gaps and a lack of professionalism among the interviewers. Instead of a structured interview, the session felt more like a series of inquiries about why certain decisions were made in my career.
The overall tone of the conversation and the line of questioning gave the impression that my qualifications and experiences were being doubted. This made me feel uneasy and somewhat embarrassed throughout the interview. I expected a more collaborative and open discussion about how my skills align with the requirements of the role.
From the beginning of the interview, I sensed a lack of genuine interest in my candidacy. The body language and overall demeanor of the interviewers suggested disengagement and it seemed as if the interview was conducted merely as a formality. Considering that I traveled a long distance for the interview, this experience left me disheartened.
