I had one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve encountered in my career. The process stretched over a month with repeated scheduling issues through a third-party recruiter. The CEO / Co-founder no-showed or canceled three separate interviews, including ones scheduled at 2 AM my time (EST) to accommodate their IST schedule. In multiple cases, I was left waiting in the meeting room with no prior communication. When an interview finally happened, the CEO lacked a clear understanding of the technical and research foundations of their own ML product, which was concerning for me. Overall, there was poor coordination, lack of respect for candidate time, and no structured interview process. Proceed with caution.
