I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Azar (Paris) in Jan 2022
Interview
We have been present in Tunisia since 1984, with an important hub close to the port of Tunis Rades. Our platform occupies an area of 50,000 m2. It consists of administrative and operational offices and two customs warehouses, for a total of 5,000 m2 indoors, as well as workshop, washing area and three parking areas for heavy goods vehicles.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Azar (Kingston, PA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Had a very brief, but positive phone interview. Was told I was perfect for the job, and was scheduled to come in a couple days later.
The guy that I met with for the interview, didn't even introduce himself, but wasn't who I had the phone interview with; was only seemed concerned with whether or not I could drive a forklift. Which I can't. He also told me that even though this was a supervisory position, that there was no way that I would earn anywhere near the going rate for a supervisor; more like half the going rate. That interview was for warehouse clerk, not supervisor.
NOTE: 2 out of 3 people in that warehouse weren't wearing masks nor was anyone practising social distancing.
