First there was an online assessment center then after that a phone interview on basic high level stuff then after that an in person interview with requirement to prepare a presentation on a pre selected topic

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Azets (Walsall, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
It was alright. Standard procedure. met with 2 managers, they asked me a few questions and they decided they liked me and took me on. They have since both left but at the time were very cool.

Something interesting about yourself from the past
Asked common things such as company values, your motivations and any experiences you have with their values. Interview was at a small branch so might have been easier than one of the bigger offices.
The application process consisted of: a maths and verbal reasoning test, a video interview (pre-recorded, not live), group assessment and lastly a final interview where I had to present a project I am most proud of.
