My overall experience with Aztec Group was disappointing, particularly at the second interview stage.
While the initial interview process was well-structured, the second interview felt less organised. The interviewers openly acknowledged they had not reviewed my CV beforehand, which made the conversation feel underprepared and, at times, less focused. This gave the impression that I wasn’t being fully considered.
Following the interview, communication from recruitment was limited. I reached out several times for an update but did not receive a response. It took around six weeks to be informed that I was unsuccessful, despite being aware the role had already been filled.
I was also advised that feedback would be provided, but I have yet to receive this.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects to the process, the lack of preparation and communication made the experience disappointing.
