      Training Coordinator Interview

      15 Jul 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at B Lab (Amsterdam)

      Interview

Initial step was answering 4 real case scenario questions. The next round was an interview, which was user-friendly. The interviewers were very nice. The questions felt quite difficult and required lots of structure to manage in a short amount of time. Some questions were very similar those which were given in the first round task. But some were quite strategic.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

For example, they asked> How do you envision the future of corporate training.
