I arrived at B&H 20 minutes early. The interview was bad from the start. The interviewer was a short Jewish man. As soon as I sat down, I was bombarded with repetitive-questions, it didn't matter how I answered, it was as if he was trying to trip me up; I felt like I was being interrogated. He had a very demeaning condescending tone about him; he was shocked that I even knew how to function in the world, seriously. He looked at my resume and said, "wow, this resume is amazing, I can't believe you did it yourself!" "Did you?" He was astonished that I knew how to write, seriously. The WORST interview EVER. I'm annoyed with myself for not leaving. He was treating me like I was stupid the whole time. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I should have told him a thing-or-two and left. In the beginning, I notice the staff was predominately Jewish, from there, I should have left. Anyway, if you're a black woman, women of color, women, women that NOT Jewish. AVOID at all costs.
