group activities, shop floor walk around, one to one interveiw.
asked to work in a team to build a paper towel, then asked to do a sales pitch to sell a b&q item, finally had to go on shop floor and ask customers if they needed any help. afterwards called back for an interview.

Interview
Telephone Interview was very relaxed and lasted around ten- fifteen minutes this was followed by a interview in store a few days later which had a friendly, upbeat laid back feel and lasted around thirty minutes.
