After I sent in my resume, I received a follow up email a day later. This had a few questions on it that weren't on the original application. After I sent that reply, a few days later I was notified that they wanted to have me come in for an interview.

Meet with HR, then several members of the team. If you get past preliminary questions they may have you meet with managers. They want to see what type of character you have.
