I applied over a month ago for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position and have received zero communication: no feedback, no rejection, and no invite. Closing the loop is a basic ATS automation triggered by simply moving a candidate to the next stage. If a Talent team cannot manage that fundamental task, it raises serious questions about their internal operations. Please professionalize your candidate experience, it is very unprofessional.
