Good, in-depth and personable whilst remaining to the point. Plenty of discussion on past experience, current role and future responsibilities scope. No issues, seems well presented overall and relevant details acknowledged.

One test with talent then one in person interview. Great people but my time was wasted. This is a bank that prefers people with no prior experience in banking and didn’t go to university. Feedback was that I done everything well but there is no growth in the role so they don’t see how it can work. In other words politics. They recommended I apply for another role with them but I’m going to stay far away.
