Filled in a fairly in-depth application form, then had three tests, a verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and a situational judgements test. Found these easier than other ones I've done, and they aren't timed, but time is recorded. Then had a telephone interview, which went alright. Have since gotten an email saying I'm being considered by line managers, so hopefully on to the assessment day!
