Online application: A-level & GCSE grades, 4 questions
Phone interview: Short 15 mins. General/competency questions.
Face-to-face interview: 1-1.5h relaxed interview. Mostly competency, some technical. Interviewers were extremely friendly - not trying to catch you out or anything. Interviewers were following an interview template - all candidates were getting asked the same questions. Nothing too skill-specific.

Interview
Most questions involved how you think in combination with the knowledge of basic programming fundamentals. The interviews were kind and the interviewing experience was good. Was one 1 hour interview before offer.
