I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online, initial call with HR followed by F2F interview with another consultant then a final F2F with senior consultants. Competency/scenario based questions and a presentation on choice of topic during final interview. Job advert/description was quite generic which didn't quite match with what specific areas the interviewers were looking for. It was a case of looking to see how and where to fit someone into their consultancy team.
Go through CV, normal competency questions. Took awhile to find someone. You're interviewed by experienced hires. Easy enough process. Normal interview questions. Nothing tricky. Possibility of presenting a 15 minute presentation.
