Interview
As of yet I have completed the application stage up until the assessment day screening, although I am now awaiting an invitation for that too. Bae systems have rigorous test requirements; these caught out a lot of people I know, including myself last year . You are invited to participate in these tests as soon as you submit your initial application. Worth noting that when applying, a CV and cover letter weren’t required, which I personally felt can give a poor representation of the applying candidate. Following successful testing, a video interview is conducted, featuring mainly competency questions. A confident approach to this should see you through the process. I shall update this section once I have attended their assessment day.

Interview
Very easy process to get to the assessment centre, online form that can be found on their website, be aware that some of their jobs are in barrow in furness, which is in the middle of nowhere. but very easy telephone interview, which was a strength based interview. a week later i was invited to the assessment centre.
