The process took 14 months (it will say 12 months on my form as glassdoor wont accept terms longer than 12 months.) 4 actual interviews and 3 cancelled interviews. I was told that I am the leading candidate throughout the process until the very end when suddenly I was told that they decided not to recruit me for 'cultural reasons'. This was a message relayed to me via the recruitment agent. No one bothered to give any feedback after the most onerous interview process I ever went through. Overall impressions are that hiring is horrendously slow and you are not treated well. I'm not saying this because I didn't get the job, its the needlessly long process, meeting too many people, having too many aborted interviews and a massive expenditure of my time, when as a result they did not even have the courtesy of even the most basic feedback.
