I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BAE Systems in Feb 2016
Interview
Application form online. Then had to complete situational strengths, numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning online tests. Your application is then reviewed by a manager after which you are given a telephone interview. The eight interview questions are intentionally ambiguous as they are trying to understand how you interpret the questions and how you choose to answer these interpretations. The interviewer was nice: she didn't rush me or put pressure on me to answer the question in any particular way and she was also willing to repeat the question as many times as was necessary.
Chose No on 'did you get an offer' as I am waiting for the email to determine whether I will progress to the assessment centre.
