I applied online. I interviewed at BAT (Singapore) in Apr 2018
Interview
First Assessment Center at Shangri La Hotel. First is a case on group decision making about water bottling. Then individual case about publicity. Then role play.
Then 2 interviewers (Managers) at Office. Asked everything from jobscope to resume to leadership experiences to internship experiences. And how much I know about operations (Procurement and Manufacturing). Fast to get back about results.
Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BAT (Manchester City Centre, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
BAT’s interview process includes an online assessment, a screening interview, and a final panel or case-based interview. It’s designed to test problem-solving, leadership, and cultural fit. This wasnt too bad and was nice
