There are 3 stages: online test: logical test, business case Line Manager: day-to-day work, how to build financial modelling if you are given a finance projection case. Human Resources: what is Machine Learning and how it could be used in enterprise like BAT.

Interview
standard interview process, phone call by TA (first round), and then move on to the technical assessment (a project based assessment), then will be moving on to the next round for technical interview with the a senior engineer (asking about your experience and how you build/solve stuff), if successfully passed this round will be moving into the final round
