Interview
It was a competency based interview with an HR Business Partner. It lasted for about an hour and took place in the local BAT office. Questions were related to my previous work experience, preferences in studies, trips abroad & leadership capabilities developed through various projects. It was not a stressful interview, rather a very pleasant conversation that left me hoping to work their. I could also ask my questions about future opportunities & types of work trainees do.
Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard
