I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAT (Lagos) in Mar 2016
Interview
It starts with an online evaluation test. Followed by an interview with 1 rep from HR and 2 rep from your department.
Then there is a 30 of case study with 7 other applicants and a panel from the company.
Another 15 minutes to privately be tested on technical knowledge.
Then a final interview with the department director and head of HR.
