Interview
It was a focus group discussion for the flagship internship programme offered by BAT Bangladesh following initial application process. Shortlisted candidates were invited to join an online FGD with a given case. Participants will get 20-30 mins for self study and other 30 mins to discuss along themselves and construct a presentation while recruiting members are observing.

Como você lidaria trabalhando em uma empresa com um produto controverso?
The process begins with pymetrics games,then an online interview follows and finally an interview with the panel. Overall it was a positive experience,with very welcoming interviewers.Its somewhere you'd want to work.
The interview is quite chill and friendly for a first timer like me. It was pretty smooth I would say, even though I'm quite nervous. The interviewer not giving much pressure also, quite ok even though some question quite challenging also
