Interview
On campus interview, followed by a final round at their headquarters. This was for the leadership development program. Final round entailed a dinner event the night preceding the actual interview. Interview included several one-on-ones and a mini case interview. Not as difficult as a consulting case interview, much more open ended.

Laid back was in a newer building and very energetic. Questions were what to expect working for a bank. Asked if over time was a problem when it was busy.

Pretty easy, behavioral and tech questions with one surprise question. Wouldn't sweat this, if you've applied for a Gov job this is like cake-walk lol. The main thing is look professional. Don't focus on the depressed people you see in the office.
