1 Skype & 1 in person. Competency based "tell me a time you.." very much in line with the requirements in the job spec. Need to have solid understanding about the BBC regulatory environment as well as market landscape.

I applied online and received an email to book an interview 1 month later for the next week. It was a competency interview with the next step being a 1-hour case test under supervised conditions. Overall, the experience was okay, one of the interviewers was very particular about the way I was saying certain things and kept interrupting me which was very off-putting.
