Insanely long and hard work. Unsure what they’re wanting from people and seems unfair making people go through such a grooling process. I wouldn’t recommend and I’d try ITV or channel 4 instead
Very open, questions are more to gauge how well you would fit the organisation rather than a right or wrong answer. There were 4 stages over 4 months and at the end you have the AC in which you have to show your creative and teamwork skills.
