BBC Technology Leader interview questions

It was an almost frustratingly straightforward telephone inteview. The interviewing manager kept going over the same point until I mentioned the word "agile" at which point it was obvious that I'd ticked his box. The only interesting question I was asked in the face to face was "How can you tell if someone is bullshitting you"
