BBVA Client Experience Operations Manager interview questions

I met with the branch manager and the district manager, only because the dm was at the branch while I was there. So I happened to have both my first and second interviews within minutes of each other. This would not be the norm, though. I was also told that I would be contacted by a regional manager for a follow-up interview.
