Interview
You have to submit your CV via the bank webpage. A few days later I got an email saying I was preselected for the process; then I had to do some tests (psychotechnological, personality, english level, verbal skills, teamwork skills). If you pass, they call you for an interview.

Question 1
Since I applied for an internship, the interview dynamic and process was different from the full-time job applications. The questions were mainly about my experiences, hobbies, try to demonstrate my teamwork skills (very important), why did I choose BBVA, and questions o that nature. I wouldn´t say it was hard, but taking in mind my application was for an internship I would expect different for a full-time application.

Primero te hacen hacer unas pruebas por ordenador, tipo psicotécnicas, nada complicado ni de temario.
Luego te escriben de RRHH si les interesas para una entrevista. Aprox de 1 hora, español e inglés, les interesa saber sobre ti.

Interview
La entrevista tuvo varias fases online y una presencial. La presencial fue una prueba de trabajo en equipo. También hubo un test de inglés para verificar los conocimientos. Todo correcto.
