They hired Kelly Services to gather candidates and to take care of the group challenge. Typical procedure: brief interview through a phone call and arrange a date for you to attend a group challenge where both Kelly and BBVA employees will be attending. If they liked what they saw, they'll contact you for an interview in BBVA HQ.

Primero te hacen hacer unas pruebas por ordenador, tipo psicotécnicas, nada complicado ni de temario.
Luego te escriben de RRHH si les interesas para una entrevista. Aprox de 1 hora, español e inglés, les interesa saber sobre ti.

La entrevista tuvo varias fases online y una presencial. La presencial fue una prueba de trabajo en equipo. También hubo un test de inglés para verificar los conocimientos. Todo correcto.
