Quels dynamiques du marché immobilier ? Vous avez 50 Me à investir, qu'est ce que vous en faites ? Sur quel deals avez-vous travaillé dans vos précédents stages ?
I went through a third party recruiter for a temp receptionist role.
Went through first round who was in the position before and she moved up which seemed like a good sign and she was really nice and pleasant to talk to. Immediately heard back from the recruiter if I’m available later that day to meet with the next round who is the office manager.
Her energy and interview was different. She seemed to be rushing through the interview, she asked what my GPA was (why is this important?), when I asked about company culture, she gave surface level answers that didn’t really tell me what they culture is like - she said it’s like UN where there’s many different cultures … The last straw for me was that she flat out refused to answer what she likes to do for fun or outside of work. Bunch of bad energy coming from this interview. Hopefully not everyone else is like that
Far reaching, conversation style. Lots of “why” questions throughout and a heavy focus on examples. People seemed really smart and nice. Walked away with the sense that the culture is great.
