I interviewed at BC Public Service

      Interview

First passed the screening. Then written exam. Then selected for a formal interview (video). Soft skill questions that should be addressed using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). No interaction when replying to questions, which is a bit awkward and stressing, but that's the way it is for public competitions.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you solved a problem using your analytical problem solving skills.
