The recruiter could see from my resume I didn't have the type of experience they were hiring for. She told me the salary range and I told her that it was below my current salary. I was already uninterested due to horror stories I've heard about working here. A week later, she called me and asked if I could come in just to meet the Marketing Manager and perhaps discuss other higher-level opportunities in the department. I indulged her and came into the office, which is in a rather unsavory part of Los Angeles - Vernon is pretty gross. The BCBG office isn't too far from a sausage factory. The Manager didn't seem to be on the same page as the recruiter, because she kept asking me questions about the original position, and didn't mention any other potential opportunities in the department. Rather pointless experience. The company seemed filled with young girls and just didn't seem like a very professional environment.
