Goed gesprek, leuke vragen. Weinig naar ervaringen en voorbeelden gevraagd. Ook niet perse structuur, maar dat zorgde wel voor een goede wisselwerking tussen gesprekspartners. Daarnaast goede uitleg over wat er van je verwacht wordt.
