When the offer was made, we were unaware of the multiple vacations planned, even though these were known to be scheduled ahead of time. Once we became aware of the situation, we made every effort to accommodate you by allowing you to take both vacations that you had planned within the first three months of employment and extending more PTO than our standard policy. However, after careful consideration, we were unable to accommodate the five weeks of vacation you had planned so early in your tenure. The first six months of a new employee's time are crucial for learning, acclimation, and establishing a solid foundation within the team.

We understand that personal commitments are important and strive to find solutions that support both individual needs and the success of the business.
