Interviews: Conducted in various formats—one-on-one, group, phone, video, behavioural, or technical—to evaluate skills and fit.
Evaluation & Decision-Making: Employers assess candidates based on responses, performance, and feedback.
There were three interviews, and to get into it we need strong background and strong communication skills

It was a very lengthy process, I experienced a multi-stage interview process that required a strong background and excellent communication skills, including interviews with the hiring manager, a secondary manager, and the team. After receiving notification that my application had advanced, I waited 12 days for a screening call, after which an interview with the hiring manager was promptly scheduled. Ultimately, I was not selected, despite the lengthy and rigorous process.
